From the summer of 2007 Klättermusen has been putting one percent of its turnover into various environmental projects. Now we need your help to suggest which projects the money could go to for the period 2010. They could be local or global. Large or small. The criteria for nominations or applications are that the applicant is to be an organisation or a project, not an individual. We want to be able to ensure that the money really has been used for the intended purpose. The point is not for this support to disappear into administrative costs, not with us or with the recipient. Step 1 – Nominate or apply The nomination or application is to be submitted before 1 August 2010. To make a nomination or application, click on "Nominate" and fill in the form – “Environmental Support 2010”. Think about: » What is the aim of the organisation/project? » Why do you think we should support it? » Where and when is it taking place? » Is there any additional information, e.g. a website that we can look at. Step 2 A jury consisting of Klättermusen and external representatives will choose 2-5 projects which will receive Environmental Support 2010. From 1 September all customers can log into our website and vote for their favourite project. This means that it is the customer who decides where his/her percent is to be spent. Step 3 In the beginning of 2011 we will do the accounts and award Environmental Support 2010 to the selected projects – distributed percent-wise according to how all our customers have voted.
